While I was living in Poland my tradition food was bred with butter and breakfast and lunch eggs or slice of ham or slice of white or yellow cheese. For dinner was always a soup based on bone/scraps of meat broth and vegetables. Not much of the proteins however it was quite adequate amount. What is your opinion on that?
