I thoroughly enjoyed watching him cook. He did it at a pace that I can cook along with him without having to pause the video every few seconds. I also loved that in gave us some of the culture infused into the cooking. Love, Love, Love
What is OG Lo Mein ? Off grid, Oscar the grouch, fill me in.
Can you imagine if the chicken was seasoned ???
Hard to watch him throwing away that much ginger…..
If everyone does this, we're throwing away 30%-40% of ginger ….!!!
BAD TRAINING !!!

Amazing Jet, wow, really self explanatory video. Thanks man. I have seen tons of videos and tried some at home but NONE as widely and utterly explained as yours. Awesome work and please keep it up I do want to cone back for more. Great Job Jet. Like my pastor says all the time, Keep on Keeping On.
God bless bruh
Really like the way you talked about the childhood memories with grandma. Very sweet.
😋
We need a teacher/tutor like you in schools. Real talk. Love it.
Just found your channel and will be watching all the time!! Yes, Gramma would be upset about tossing that piece of ginger scrap. I save ALLLLLL my veg scraps in a big zip bag in the freezer. Onion skins, garlic skins, carrot peels, end of celery, everything (all from cleaned and washed veggies, of course). Then when the bag is full I make 2 – 3 quarts of salt free veg stock which I use for all kinds of things. Will even add some chicken base to it for different sauces. I'll be making this Lo Mien maybe today!!
Cheap and plentiful.
Don't teach to throw good food away.
No salt in???
Difference between lo mien and chow mein explain
This guy is great. I really like how he explains the different knife cutting methods and methods for stir-frying that can work for pans that aren't woks.
