   You dont even need to cook these for this long. 45 mins on a simmer in a normal pot… on the normal stove… is enough.

   I have never heard of eating the bones, but makes sense I guess. I plan to do the IP + bake with Nando's Peri Peri (way better than bbq sauce IMO).
