    Thank you! I was just looking at physillium husk as a beneficial ingredient for gut health. I’ve been on keto a little over a month and love it but want to be more “regular”.     Wow! I'm so impressed your Dad was able to enjoy them w/out any rise in #'s~ that's amazing, considering the amount of pre-deducted fiber carbs. You know Mel, I'm wondering if it might be the combination of specific ingredients that work together chemically somehow to create the body's lack of glucose response. Perhaps the vinegar plays a role? Now I'm super curious to research this, especially because ciabatta rolls are also my own favorite~ I've missed them!
