    It’s an abomination to call this “classic goulash”. This is Hamburger Helper. Hungarians and Hungarian Americans are pulling their hair out at this cultural appropriation (theft). Call it American Midwest stew, or anything. Why not just call it Peking Duck, it has as much to do with with Chinese cuisine as it does with Hungarian cuisine.
