Matthew, may I just grease the pot using butter or oil instead of spraying it in preparation for baking ? Additionally, how easy is it to get it out of the cooker , once it's done ?
Dry ingredients
1 3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup boiling water
Wet ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup of milk
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Is this right?

replace the oil with melted butter let cool and the hot water with milk and you're all set
