Is this stew from Brunswick Georgia or Brunswick Virginia? all I know, its BBQ heaven in a stew. This beauty can be found in most BBQ joints around the south.
Steve, I always thought Brunswick Stew was from Canada and made with squirrel.
Hi steve am I the only 1 in the world that carnt stand BBQ sauce is there anything else I could substitute it with I have used brown sauce in other recipes what do you thing steve cheers
Hey Steve, made the stew tonight. While it was simmering, my wife of 37 years came down from upstairs and said OMG what smells so good. Didnt have limas in the pantry, but used cannellenini beans. Dude it was awesome. Another Steves cooking winner!
Steve it's still cold here but I could go a bowl of that right now
Being a VA girl, I love Brunswick Stew. Looks delicious! Thanks for the video!
Looks great…saved for the fall!
That sizzle when the garlic hit the pan couldn't have been the garlic shown in the next shot, as there was hardly any oil in the pan and the garlic was still white. You made an edit there, somewhere. Didn't you? How long does the whole process take, Steve? From recording it all and editing to finished video? Say, for instance you want it around ten minutes.
This dish looks like it be very more-ish. To say the very least. Your presentations are appreciated, Chef Dolby. Thank you 👍
Beautiful! Looks absolutely delicious, it's starting to get colder in the evenings here on the Isle Of Wight, This is perfect! Thank you Chef 😋👌
The main reason I chose it in the poll was because I've never heard of it. This looks terrific! My big question would be how to make it without a pressure cooker.
Perfect timing! Fall is finally coming here in Missouri, and I just bought some pork shoulders. Gonna to give this a go. Thanks for sharing!
That sure looks tasty. Cheers, Steve! ✌️
Beautiful. Serving suggestion: Half a forkful on a Ritz cracker, 2 drops Tabasco. By the way, it freezes very well in two cup portions. Thank you for the pressure cooker speed up tip. V/R Dave
🙂🙂🙂🥰🥰🥰
Looking good
Wow never heard of Brunswick Stew – but looks good.
Just wanted to say i made your pork and sausage jambalaya the other day and it was delicious. Unfortunately, I went too heavy on the stock and it turned into mush (the rice).
Still ate it though and was actually quite good. With toasty bread of course.
Looks amazing!
