I dont know how I feel about peanut butter in what seems to be a savory/umami dominant dish. I want to try fufu so bad, but I want to find a stew that'll satisfy my palate (salty, sour, bitter, smoky preferences). Don't get me wrong, I love peanut butter, it's just that it's so sweet, and my palate changed drastically almost 3 years ago.
