I use UHT milk not sure if you get that kind in America? For every litre of milk I do 1 cup whole milk powder and 1/2 pot live yoghurt. I do 10hrs and it comes out so thick! No straining.

This is my favorite method to make yogurt. I increase the “cook” time to 11 hours for a slightly thicker consistency. I haven’t used a paper towel in the past, but that is an awesome idea!!
