I am at the begining of this road, I do it for ethical reasons not to loose weight! I am trying to put some weight on! I started 2 months back and I am already 2 kg down! I need to eat more plant protein! Keep it up!

    I tested out plant based meat on my family by making my famous taco crescent ring. All of the familiar flavors were there. It was a hit and I didn’t tell them it was made with plant-based meat until they’d eaten it all.

    What if your spouse is trying to gain weight and thinks he can’t gain weight on a plant based diet? I’ve tried to explain that there are plant based athletes who have gained muscle and weight on a plant based diet by eating more plant based foods with weight lifting but I’m having a hard time convincing
