Ok. That was a pork Loin. Not Tenderloin. Love pork loin. So delicious.
Let meat rest are you kidding when it is as good as that… don’t think I could !!
Oh I Love LOVE love LOVE LOVE love just absolutely LOVE the new intro. As usual I'm behind watching episodes but trying to catch up AGAIN. I'm always a few days behind. LOL But thats me. Always last. Cooking the braised roast today. Will let you know what the hubby thinks later.
Never heard of roasted garlic powder. Not sure it’s easily available here
Bet that delic looking pork makes good sandwiches da next day
As good of a cook as you are you know you need to let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing. You're filming, so there's no reason you can't pause and come back…🤔
Tammy, that is just a pork loin roast. A tenderloin is much, much smaller. They usually sell two tenderloins in a package and they would still be about 1/4 the size of your roast. ( I just didn’t want any of your subscribers going to pick up a pork tenderloin and being disappointed.)
Looks delicious can't wait to try . Thank you for sharing ❤
Hi Tammy that pork looks good.
So glad to see this! Had groceries delivered yesterday. Was supposed to get a smallish one 3 or so pounds. They sent a 10.3 pound one. Could not believe! Going to cut it in half or thirds. So glad to see your recipe. 🙂🙂

Great video.
How many pounds was this pork roast? I’m definitely trying this!!
You should have let it rest for at least 15 minutes before eating the meat stays juicier and most.
Best one I ever made was on rotisserie

That is not a pork tenderloin roast. It’s a pork loin roast.
Delicious looking
🥰🙏🏼🌸
That’s so funny that u did this video today because I just made a pork tenderloin in my insta pot. I have not cooked a lot in the pot because I always feel like I need to cook it longer then what the recipe says. But by the time icsauté it then cooked it for 5 min (that’s what the recipe called for)then I let it naturally de pressurize it was probably another Half hour for that and I cut it. It felt dry. So I just threw it bk in and put it in for 10 more mins. I may as well let it fall apart like pulled pork and put it bk in the juices. My husband had tongue cancer a few years ago so all my meat I cook I try to get it like a pulled pork consistency. Wish I would have seen this first. Thanks Tammy
Oops, my is pork loin roast.
You mentioned that it wasn't as moist as from the smoker, so I think I will close the foil up for the first half of cooking time then open for the rest of the time. What do you think?? I've have had a large pork tenderloin roast in my freezer for almost a year because I didn't know how to cook it. I got it from my local food bank. Now it's coming out of the freezer and it's going to be delicious, thanks to you Tammy.
