Tammy, that is just a pork loin roast. A tenderloin is much, much smaller. They usually sell two tenderloins in a package and they would still be about 1/4 the size of your roast. ( I just didn’t want any of your subscribers going to pick up a pork tenderloin and being disappointed.)

So glad to see this! Had groceries delivered yesterday. Was supposed to get a smallish one 3 or so pounds. They sent a 10.3 pound one. Could not believe! Going to cut it in half or thirds. So glad to see your recipe. 🙂🙂

That’s so funny that u did this video today because I just made a pork tenderloin in my insta pot. I have not cooked a lot in the pot because I always feel like I need to cook it longer then what the recipe says. But by the time icsauté it then cooked it for 5 min (that’s what the recipe called for)then I let it naturally de pressurize it was probably another Half hour for that and I cut it. It felt dry. So I just threw it bk in and put it in for 10 more mins. I may as well let it fall apart like pulled pork and put it bk in the juices. My husband had tongue cancer a few years ago so all my meat I cook I try to get it like a pulled pork consistency. Wish I would have seen this first. Thanks Tammy

You mentioned that it wasn't as moist as from the smoker, so I think I will close the foil up for the first half of cooking time then open for the rest of the time. What do you think?? I've have had a large pork tenderloin roast in my freezer for almost a year because I didn't know how to cook it. I got it from my local food bank. Now it's coming out of the freezer and it's going to be delicious, thanks to you Tammy.
