It sounds as if you're trying to be healthy, but did you know if you put hot things into plastic containers, the food leaches out the chemicals like PCBs and hormone disruptors from the plastic? Cool or cold food won't do that, but glass is best.

I couldnโt hear anything you were saying, the plastic bag is too loud, I tried subtitles but they were only in Spanish. ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฐ. I hope whatever you were saying wasnโt vital, I doubt it was but you may want to remake the video with the frozen vegetables already in something like a bowl, and you can show the plastic bag, just a suggestion… thank you for sharing your video

I am not being mean or negative. The volume was too low. I tried turning up the volume but still couldn't hear your voice. The sounds of the pot and opening the bag was louder.
