I swear that this Power Cooker is the best appliance that I have !! I can throw in a bunch of soup bones, and we know how long that they take to cook, and in 40 minutes, their done. I set the pressure cooker on for 20 minutes, wait till it cools down and I add more liquid to the pot. After cooking soup bones that I use for soups, broth and gravy, I was addicted. I sauteed some onions, then garlic and afterwards added chicken broth and water. I roughly chopped some kale and turned on the pressure for 25-minutes, it was done. Something so simple as lentils and kale produced such a delicious pot of soup that never came out tasting as good when I've cooked with a regular pot. I love mine. It's VERY easy to use, the clean up is easy and I have so much more time minus whatever few minutes I use for prepping. I'm damn satisfied with my pressure, I'd now be lost without it.
