Tip: You can use fresh/frozen, coconut, raw nuts and seeds to replace the use of dairy products. Depending on the amount of water/dilution, you can chop, dice, or liquefy these high-nutrient whole foods and create textures to replace milk, cream, icecream, butter, cheese, etc.

One excellent practice to counter the overeating tendencies of our society and to banish chronic diseases: do water-fasting at least meal/day per week. Water is about 70% of the body. We need to drink real water instead of manufactured liquids. You can save a fortune by no longer buying beverages, but simply enjoying real water. Likewise, you can save on the cost of groceries by having higher quality but smaller portions . . . and eating only when hungry, and not by an artificial schedule or the time on the clock…..Periodic fasting allows the body to heal, to rest, to cleanse, and to rejuvenate.

Chef Rhea, nice to see all the vegetables today. Love to see so many natural colours and flavours. Do not be afraid to add more; you really cannot have too many vegetables. If you need more space, ditch the coated pans and use a bigger "real" pot. ….ideally one with a cover to preserve the natural juices of foods.
