I really enjoyed this simple video. I did my beans this way and cooked with a small amount of water afterward with my regular seasoning and butter, they were far better and way faster than just cooking in water forever to get tender. Very tasty, thanks for the video.
I bought green beans from Trader Joeโs, and after I froze them, they had freezer burn. They werenโt plump after boiling. I guess these donโt freeze well for another day??

WHAT??!! Crunchy green beans aren't cooked! I am 70 years old and all my life the best green beans were cooked until well done. Reheating the next day would make them softer still and then they were even better!! That's when they really express their true flavour. I have been served green beans at restaurants that were waxy and crunchy and they had no flavour. That seems to be the modern trend, though. Is this a true legitimate cooking channel or is this channel just satire??
