What is the tool that you use to stir with? I looked on your Amazon store but I didn’t see it, it makes folding look very easy. Thanks for the recipe.

    Cheesecake has always been my favorite! Always had a cheesecake for my birthday as a kid. Never tried to make one though. Oddly, one of the best I ever had was in the dining hall of the Keesler AFB Medical Center, Biloxi MS. Cherries, strawberries, blueberries, even plain! Peace and love.

    I’m making it right now. Is it normal for there to be small lumps of cream cheese? I tried breaking as many lumps as possible but there are too many. The cream cheese was put out at room temperature for an hour. Is there a trick to avoid the lumps?
