You can cut your peppers in half and stuff them. It cuts down on cook time and is easier to stuff!

I didn't know peppers would freeze well.
These are great ideas! I love making pre-made casseroles, put in freezer, then get out to thaw and bake the following day, so convenient, haven't made cream of chicken yet, sure it would be much better than store bought!
I make my own cream of celery. Itโs so much better for you, easy to make and tastes so much better ๐
