Thank you so much for your gift (sharing). After going SOS-free, I have been playing around with preparing my own sauces. The California Balsamic sounds amazing. Given the price, I would love to know if you have a recipe for preparing the various flavors at home.

I often make what I call "Chinese chips" (I am British so I call fries "chips") – when I was a student the local Chinese takeaway used to make chips (fries) but they had been boiled or parboiled first. So I cook my potatoes in the morning in the instant pot and then cool them then in the evening throw them cut up into the air fryer at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes and they taste great. What do you do to prep your potatoes?

Yes, this is brilliant! I guess someone extrapolated the concept from the Ninja Foodie and made it so the rest of us with just pressure cookers can play too. Even better than the Foodie, though, since this lid can be removed for easier cleaning than the Foodie fryer lid.

I don’t need an air fryer or instant pot to air fry. I use my convection oven with a pizza pan with holes. Perfectly crispy fry’s in 30 minutes. I do have an instant pot and love it, but you just don’t need this accessory if you have a convection oven already.

do you even need the pressure cooker? it looks like the lid just sits on the inner pot, why not stick the pot on the stove and let the lid do its thing? i imagine the pot would get super hot, but then again, so would any pot on an active stove top. either way it looks pretty amazing, and the price is reasonable as well. i wonder if instant pot will come out with a similar product, as i can't imagine them being too happy losing out on that revenue stream.
