I made this yesterday and I can see right now it is going to be a lifesaver! I didn't have strawberries but I DID have smuckers sugarfree strawberry jam! 1 Tbs of that and 2 Tbs of fat free Redi Wip and it was so delish!!!! With all the flavors of jam I have I will have a different dessert every night. Thanks for sharing!

Great idea, Felicia! I’m not an active WW member right now, but this recipe fits well with a healthy diet. For only me, I made 1/3 of the recipe, and I divided it into three glass ramekins to bake, 350/20 min. Takes the calorie count to ~65 each. Still waited 24 hrs to try, and Voila! Yummy with fresh strawberries. Reminds me of panna cotta, but without the guilt! 💗

Please, help a lady out! So, I couldn't find the Jell-o sugar-free and fat-free in the Weight Watchers app, so I created a new "food" … it ended up being 3 pts for the entire box; even cutting it into six servings, it's 1 pt. What's the serving size for the cheesecake?

I made this last night.. tried it today with FF reddi whip and sliced strawberries and OMG it's so good!! I even accidentally added too much Greek yogurt (3 3/4 cup) and it still turned out delicious! I didn't have a sugar substitute so I did one tsp of regular sugar, so mine came out to ONE point per slice. That's totally okay with me and it legit tastes like cheesecake! This will help having on hand for my Weight Watcher journey for sure.. Thanks, Felicia for posting! <3

Looks yummy. Going to try this. FYI, There is a product called True Lemon on the market, it is crystallized lemon. No sugar, no sugar substitute, no preservatives. I cook and bake with it, and put it in my water.
