Do you guys like turkey? Me and my family made turkey for years, but I really did like it. Now I don't even bother anymore. I made Mexican last year. Steak, chicken, pork, and shrimp tacos. Yellow rice black beans, salad. It was great.

For all you youngins out there that want to try this for yourself. Learn how to take apart your bird. I'm not joking. Pan sear your skin. Make it brown and beautiful. Then flip it in the same pan put it in the oven. 1 hour. 400f.
With your carcass. Large pot. Lots of water. Aromatics. Garlic onion carrot. Throw it in. Start cooking… Reduce that down to half. Meaning your pot is going to be full and you're going to cook that until it's half.. remove everything from your pot. Drain And use a sieve.
Coldwater.. cornstarch. Mix make a slurry and that's your gravy.. your meat should be done, pull it out it's easy to cut. It looks beautiful. Make your favorite sides… For those of you that don't want mashed potatoes, do something fun and make potato boats… They're absolutely decadent. You bake them off, not all the way. Take the insides out. Make yourself a delicious mashed potato. Refill up your potatoes, add your favorite topping on top pop it in the oven and serve. Your favorite veggies… And really one awesome thing. Buy yourself those metal plates. The kind that you can freeze. You'll find it with all of your pans and your grocery store section. You can literally make frozen dinners. So after you're all done. Go ahead and start separating everything. Put the little tops on that comes with the little pan. And voila. You will have frozen Thanksgiving meals at your convenience. You just pop off the top pop it in the oven. And enjoy 10 minutes later.
