    Great advice!

    Something that really made a huge difference for me was logging tonight’s dinner…for tomorrow. So everyday my biggest meal (dinner) is already logged. I can more easily make breakfast, lunch, and snacks fit.

    I haven’t read all the comments so maybe that’s already been mentioned lol. Total game changer for me though.

    Thank you so much for the useful info I know it will help coming from you and as you mentioned dipping sauces I love dipping and what I love to use is the yogurt dressing you showed by farm brother and I will say I also use that dressing on my salads and I make my own to cut down on calories and another thing is I read all labels and look at ingredients in items also some times but not all the time I find myself feeling guilty when I eat certain things now I really love ❤️ your way of thinking when it comes to eating and I’m so going to incorporate your way of eating into my daily lifestyle now with that being said peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Juliana and I’ll see you on the next awesome video peace ☮️ out ✌️
