Thanks!
Great content. But Damn no washing of rice is a sin! Lol
Yum
Guess Im going to the store tomorrow😁
Super inspiring, Brian! I'd love to see more of this meal prepping content. Switching things up with different sauces is a totally new idea to me. I love it!
No offense, but some of them (not all) look like TOO healthy.
No less than 131 for salmon? That's over cooked
Now this is a meal prep technique I can actually follow! So many meal prep videos require fully assembling the dishes for the week, including making all sauces from scratch – only to leave you tired of eating the same thing after day 3. I love the flexibility and simplicity here.
Best meal prep content out there!! Thanks Bri!
I love watching this guy
His foods are delicious looking and I’m sure they are delicious
I wish he would talk a little bit slower but heck I’m not a cook so I’m just trying to absorb everything from his words to the pictures lol
Thank you so much for posting this
Thank you; that's brilliant.
As someone who spends roughly 30-40mins daily cooking during the evening I really want to try this!
Do you plan the meals in advance or do you "wing it" and improvise when times come to make it? I always feel like I don't have imagination when it is 7PM after work and I am hungry….
Really phenomenal video, I'm earmarking this permanently as a reference video. I really appreciate the strong emphasis on ease of use and time, from someone that I know cares a lot about taste and health and isn't sacrificing those. Pro Home Cooks does lots of meal prep videos, but most of his stuff is a lot more high effort than this.
When I stumbled on your channel I thought between PHC, Ethan, Babish, and Chef John that I really didn't need another cooking youtuber but you impress me consistently. SUBSCRIBED! Let's eat this
I like cooking Brian’s weeknighting meals every other day instead
Add in some peas/beans instead of the sauces to help with the lubrication of those 'dry' meals
This is brilliant!!! I'm stealing it.
Great ideas!
??? Great video! Do you have a video on how to pickle onions?
I Love this and would like to see more videos like this. Maybe some veggie alternatives that have salmon and chicken replaced with something else?
Superb content as always!
Could you make more videos like this? Keep up the good work!! Ive truly enjoyed watching your videos over the years!
Roasting the veggies and using some herbs on those potatoes would go a long way.
Thank God (or Brian) for this one!
Arrived at the perfect time
Awesome recipe but its fascinating @brianlagerstrom how you and your wife sit on the floor when you're eating dinner. Is leaning against the bottom of your sofa more comfortable than sitting on it? 😂
🤓🎇SPECTACULAR‼👌 'WHOLE OTHER LEVEL~
My wife needed that pickled onion recipe. Thanks for the dope link. I knew it was in an old video and that I’d never find it
I live in "kale county" but we only have fresh kale in fall and winter. It's always surprising to see North American eat it year round.
I couldn't even buy it now. ☹️
Excellent!
Loving these videos Brian! Keep it up!!!
@10:50 Don't do this it work; microwaved fish smell will make your coworkers hate you
Love this concept! I'm trying it this week.
would absolutely love to see another video like this with some other proteins!
definately going to incorporate this into my meal rotation especially on busy weeks
