Dig, because in my family dislike it when the rice looked all mushy and somehow looked like somebody already 'touched' it if we scrape it. It will not look as appealing as it tastes.
Mostly dig…So that we know how much portion of rice there are left…example you make rice and then 6 people wanna eat it…you dig it and cut it like its fucking pizza…
This is my first time seeing someone scrape it. In our family, my dad would spank us if we ever do that to rice. Sure it creates fluffy texture or whatever but my dad said that we wouldn't be able to see how much is left and the bottom parts wouldn't be as appetizing to eat plus he also said that taking the top part off would just spoil the rice easier.
My culture eats rice dishes like it’s cake We cut our piece out and leave the rest as a solid collection of fully seasoned and cooked rice When you fluff the rice it starts loosing its flavor and the partitioning of it in chunks acts like a seal for freshness, heat and flavor
Scoop gives you the well stuck together balls of rice but scraping like that is good for people who have a fear of eating rice that hasn't been fried and coated in greasy goodness
I'm a uncultured swine, I cut chunks out from top to bottom straight. It doesn't matter when you eat the whole thing in a sitting unless the bottoms burnt.
You should actually be moving the rice around each time so that it can cool evenly and as somewhat individual specs of rice. Ofc any way of consuming rice is the right way
TEAM SCRAPE or TEAM DIG 🍚
Prefluff so it doesn't matter
Why is this even a thing…..
Crazy
Dig. So when the other person scoops rice, that part will be nice and untouched. That's just how I view it

i eat it out of the pot
Everyone gonna shit it out the same, it don't matter
I dig it…
I dont care how it happens ima eat it either way.
Scrap when hot, dig when cold-
I scoop. And why did you move in to a house with your bf before marriage? That’s tacky
My asian mom taught me to mix lightly to fluff up then scoop.
I dig
It depends on the type of rice. Some rice must be dug in because it gets mushy if scarped.
It doesn’t matter
Really thought you were onto something with this one only to see team dig come out in full force 😤😤
i pour the milk first
I don’t fuckin care

I have those bowls
I my culture we don't give a fuck if you scrape or dig 🤣😂
Doesn’t matter you’re getting rice either way lol
I find it best to scoop it out so it's more clumped together. Easier when using chop sticks.

Dig while also mixing so the bottom doesnt caramelize.
Dig it, I like it more packed together
I dig because it's natural to me now
Dig, but I also mix everything I can into the rice n put it in to burrito

Why didn’t they rinse the rice? They just plopped the rice into the cooker with the original water
tf ? i eat that shit with my bare hands. i eat it straight out of the cooker. what the hell people 🙄🙄
I only scrape when it comes to the crunchy bits in the bottom, i love those.
