mmm yes, habanero handling and then going for a piss is…memorable…
I love your videos ❤ Hello from Illinois ❤❤
what if you don't pull the water out? would they spoil? i hate to waste anything! I keep a jar of chopped serramos in my fridge with salt and when the water starts to run i put that on the food and it its great way of keeping serranos for a long time, i will add some oil next time to see the difference, thanks for posting, you are the best!
thank you for this video!!!
Hi, do you rinse the chillis to get rid of the salt? in order to make to make CHILLI OIL … I guess its the same recipe? thanks for your reply
Does the chili oil need to be refrigerated or can it be left on the counter?
Thanks man I’ve been growing Chili’s all summer and been looking for a simple preserving method!
Salute and Graxie Piasan. Thanks for bringing Italy to US.
I’m afraid these are going to be too salty. Can I rinse them before added olive oil ??
Nice vid- if u want to keep them whole- can u put full chili in salt? 2) can u keep chilli with salt and vinegar ( without using oil) ? Thank u
I’m loving how simple you do things. Your videos are amazing and applicable. Thank you!
I couldn’t find the recipe on your site. What is the salt to peppers ratio?
I grew some awesome hanbanero peppers in my garden this year. They're so floral aromatic and muy bueno! I'm totally doing this because I was stressing about how to preserve all of them. I pickled a bunch of Sante Fe Grande among others, but pickled habanero's don't sound appealing. Maybe a hot mango chutney with some habanero?
I was watching him all the time… barely noticed what he was doing with the chillies😊😊😊
Thank you so much!
When the oil starts to change the color of your peppers, and the peppers absorb the oil, is the best time to use… is what I got. Thanks
Trying your recipe on some Thai chili, Anaheim chili, and Jalapeño peppers I grew this year. Thanks for sharing. Question do you refrigerate or jut leave in cool place for the 1 year expiration?
Wow. Just the oil from the chili’s would be delicious.
😍😍😍😍👍
You forgot to give it a taste!🤣 Kidding aside, great recipe! Thanks!
Do you store them in the refrigerator ?
great simple way, thanks for this – a bit different to how i usually do mine but will give this a go – i just froze lots of my chilli's within 15 mins of picking, would i be ok to defrost & use those later as i currently have plenty of pickled chilli's, or would it adversly affect the taste/consistency.
"you will remember forever" this is soooooo trueeeeeeeeeee, once i cut them with my bare hands no gloves, MY HANDS WERE ON FIREEEEEEEEEEE, even when iwashed them 100000000 times, it was useless. i felt like ihave 3 degree of burnings it was so painful that i had to sleep with my hands on ice water. I SLEPT AT 5 AM I PROBABLY FAINTED FROM PAIN LOL. anyway when i woke up the pain was gone. i will never cut anything spicy with my bare hands. But i still love spicy food LOL.
