    I that she cooks oil free, as many of you know, big food and oil companies producing toxic oil, they even shamelessly selling vegetable gee, which made by gmo seeds. Stay the hell away from these oils only use extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil, only buy organic and cold press. Love India, culture and of course the Indian food with healthy oil!
