Everyone I know that eats my lasagna and spaghetti raves over it and frankly, I can do without either. I think it's because I am not a huge fan of tomatoes. 🤔🤷🏾♀️

It's a texture thing. I substitute cottage cheese for ricotta and my husband is happy to have it! I season the cottage cheese well.

I've never had lagana roll ups. We always layer. I never even knew cottage cheese or whatever that other stuff is was originally put in there until we cooked it in home ec. I am for sure not a fan lol. I'm just still eating it grandma's way lol basically layer spaghetti using different noodles lol
I always put minced garlic and chives in some melted butter and use that for the garlic bread rub. So yummy!! 💖
Duck eggs are so good and much bigger then chicken and I think they taste better. Besides that ducks eat weeds and are great watch dogs I mean ducks. lol
Good Afternoon Tiffany and Family..We Love Lasagna here too. a Bunch of the Family doesn't like the Lasagna Roll ups though. Everyone would just rather me make it the regular way. I have a hard time eating anything with Hamburger meat. I think it's a texture thing. I Love Meatloaf though and the texture doesn't bother me at all. it's weird I know.. Agreed. Lasagna is too thick. I like the rolls because less cook and cool time. Plus who doesn't love an individual portion!

My daughter wants ducks so bad! We just got our first set of egg layer chicks (I went big and started with 24). I can’t wait to have eggs in the spring

Hello from pa. Lasagna looked good. I would do lasagna roll ups but I like lasagna it’s a little easier because you just assemble and bake no pre cooking noodles. I learned long ago I can just by the cheap noodles when lasagna is done so are noodles have a blessed week
