Love tiny Acre!! But I worry about you cooking while wearing him!! If you spill accidentally something hot on him you will never forgive yourself for it!! Just an observation!! Cheers!!

John In Bibs just made a wonderful video on Freeze Drying yogurt! I bet you could do that with your homemade yogurt. Such a terrific way to keep yogurt! Thanks again! ~Sharon from Florida

Great video, Becky! You're amazing how well you are recovering and getting on with things (I didn't!). I made loquat jam this year, didn't have a clue what I was doing. It turned out amazing and I gifted it as Christmas presents with great responses & I haven't poisoned anyone! I'm taking that as a win!!

I’m quite nervous watching all the hot liquids near the bub and the potential for splashes and spills, particularly when handling hot pots one handed whilst also narrating and focusing on the camera…

I love watching you Becky but watching you around boiling water and boiling cranberries worried me lots with the baby right there. And when you climbed up to remove the decorations. . I just had to say something as I never miss your Chanel and try out some of your recipes. And think you are a wonderful young woman. But being so close to any thing boiling with baby A unfortunately accidents can happen. Beth from Ireland 😘

Hello friend. Becky, you are a self admitted clumsy butterfingers in the kitchen. Perhaps it's best for you to leave your newborn in his bassinette out of the line of fire as he has not given his consent to endure possible kitchen dangers such as; being too close to open flame, heavy objects being dropped on his head, hot liquids being spilled on him or sharp objects being mis-handled. He is very precious, please treat him so.

Could you please do a video on the baby wrap? I always wanted one but never ended up with one. I wonder if having it wrapped around tummy helps any as a girdle to get tummy back in shape. I also notice you are wrapping baby completely maybe because you don't want the camera to show him or maybe so he is swaddled tightly and in a bit of shade from light to sleep better?. However it is a tad concerning since they always say keep blankets away from babyes face ssbabies often can't get away from it themselves and could possibly suffocate. Seems like with sweaters even shirts and baby wrapped so tightly it would be the same chance of suffocation maybe more so. So I assume there is a right way and a wrong way to position and wrap them? Could you explain that and demonstrate for us?

I just love watching you and your little family πŸ™‚

I am inspired to get an instant pot now because yogurt is one additional thing I always wanted to make from scratch. Can you tell me what capacity your instant pot has?

With you all the best πŸ™‚

If you know someone with a meat grinder, or who has the meat grinder attachment to the kitchenaid mixer, see if you can borrow it (trade a couple packs of sausage for the use of a meat grinder you don't use enough to purchase), and make those cuts of pork you don't enjoy eating, into sausage. I'm sure there are plenty of video "how-to" recipes online, and it would make a great YouTube video by you! You would show all your followers how not to waste meat you don't enjoy cooking or eating, by turning them into products you love to use in your cooking, and love to eat!

Can you clean the rubber ring on your insta pot, with white vinegar? If it's not removable, you could put white vinegar in a spray bottle and saturate it, let it set awhile, then spray with water from your faucet spray function.

I made a cranberry/jalapeno jam, using 100% cranberry juice 6 cups, and 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce, and about 6-8 slices of jalapenos, from a jar I purchased by mistake, when I wanted banana peppers. I put the peppers in a mini food processor, and chopped them extremely fine. I used low sugar pectin, and followed the recipe for making a jelly using juice. It's recommended that you don't make more than 6-8 cups of juice into jelly at a time, to make sure it will thicken into jelly/jam. I use the jam/jelly to put over whipped green onion/chive cream cheese and spread it on crackers. Because it's sweet, a little goes a long way. Mine has a hint of heat, so if you like it HOT, use more jalapenos.

Careful with the heat from the stove on baby. Plus working with such hot liquids that can splash you ( that is exactly why you wear an apron right ?) That will burn your baby.

I make yogurt in my Instant Pot at least twice a month. You have to hit the Yogurt button and then ADJUST (on my model) to get to the boil and time function. I've never had mine go up in temp after putting it back in the base, so I don't know what happened there. Hopefully it turned out ok in the end–which is really all that matters.
Also, seeing you and Baby A in the kitchen together is such a treat! Just try not to blink too much. At this age, that's when they grow the most. One day they're tiny and the next they're grown. Enjoy the little moments–even the frustrating ones. They'll all be a memory far sooner than you're going to want them to.

LOOK AT YOU, BABY WEARING, LIKE A CHAMP!!
You've taken to motherhood just as we all knew you would! That's not to say you haven't had hard moments (hormone changes are brutal, and not often discussed), besides the severe complications after you gave birth. That could cause any woman to not adjust, or bond, well with baby. But it seems, with the love and EXTREME support of your wonderful husband and family, but mostly, Josh, you Rock!
