That grilled cheese and soup looks so comforting and inviting 😍😋😋😋. I have never tried with onion so next time I'll put onion in mine 😋😋. Miranda I know your husband likes spicy food so next time may be you can try putting jalapeños in the grilled cheese for him. In india they make it with green chillies and cheese and can it 'chilly cheese toast'. It's a street food. 😋😋😋

Hi Miranda! I've made your bread recipe twice this past week. I use my dutch oven (creuset pot) with the cover when baking. My kids said it was the best bread they ever had! Thx!!

Made this yesterday! OH MY! It's a winner! We put it on a casserole but I think I'm going to have to reheat it with some chipotle powder and some salsa and have it with chips! THANK YOU!!!!

I am new to your channel and new to extreme frugalling. (I am trying to pay my mortgage off on one part-time income). This soup inspired me – I have never made a meal for a dollar a serve before! Thank you for the inspo – please keep these coming. This is so helpful to remind me it is often cheaper for me to make bread myself, that I can lose weight and save money at the same time! You are doing angels' work! 🤣😊🙏

Happy new year! New here and loved your video. I want to try the bread, what temp did you use for your oven. Also for cheese sauce recipe do you have a video for the recipe for smaller batch?

Made this bread 🥖 last night and it was amazing. Trying it with adding dried rosemary to it for a rosemary bread. Also trying it with the half whole wheat and half regular flour as suggested by someone in comments to see how that goes. Thanks so much for sharing! Happy New Year!

That looks like a great recipe! Happy Herbivore also has a plant-based oil-free grilled cheese recipe where you make a sauce of nutritional yeast, corn starch, non-dairy milk, and some other ingredients on the stove. The sauce becomes VERY thick. Then, you spread it on two slices of toasted bread instead of cooking the sandwich in the pan. It's good, but I'd be interested in trying your version too!

What you fail to mention with making the "cheese sauce" is that glorious smell once the lid from the Instant pot is removed! Will have to make another batch soon!

I want to thank you for sharing your recipes and your extreme budget. I have learned so much from you! I'm not vegan but I do love vegan foods. Ok, so Saturday I will be doing my groceries, wish me luck. It will be the first time doing a budget grocery. Can't wait to see how it goes. Happy New Year to you and your family, and your four legged babies too. ☺
