    I saute in my insta pot onions and celery first then I add my dry beans so it picks the flavors of the veggies I also add garlic. Always turn the insta pot off before pressure cooking so it will build pressure right. Why drain the beans I'd keep some for flavor also. I also cook my beans in the chicken broth so much flavor

    Works as described.>>>ur2.pl/1035 I'll put Quinoa in the bottom with salmon and veggies on the steamer tray. I use the rice feature and within 6 minutes dinner is ready. U can literally throw everything in the pot and cook. You may have a learning curve while getting used to your own recipes and which function to use but it's pretty easy to figure out. It's also very easy to clean.
