I just leave it on the parchment in the oven… the paper slides off the peel… and the pizza loses less toppings…

Before adding sauce and toppings, I always pre-bake my crust naked, on my pizza stone, for 5-7 minutes for a crispy bottom crust and chewy edge. We don't like a soggy tip on our pizza in NYC. Mamá, your pizza looks so flavorful. 🍕

What a shame with Selena, she was a great and strikingly beautiful young lady. I watched the video about house she was shot and how and where she walked to the hotel office to phone for help and how she didn’t really make it from there. That woman that shot her was and is a psycho. Like I said, what a shame, Selena’s smile will never be forgotten.

Great recipe, however i noticed the camera trick just like pizza hut uses to hide the droopiness of the pizza, which is due to the bottom of the crust not being fully done
I made the mistake of not heating up my pizza stone one time with a fresh homemade pizza…..did not turn out well.
