    OMG! This are absolutely delicious. I was surprised when I tasted the first one, I didn't though they were going to come out that good with so few ingredients! The second time I made a mistake and got red palm oil, and within the first round I had to run back to the store to get the shortening… Again, DELICIOUS! The ones "gluten free" from my store have no competition with this. Also, I just got your second book and each recipe that i cook is incredible, THANKS

    Hi Danielle my son at age 19 was recently diagnosed with POTS and thus can no longer have gluten, dairy and sesame. I just found your videos and I am very excited to try your recipes. He lives in a dorm at college and doenst really know how to cook yet so I appreciate recipes that I can make in batches and he can freeze and eat later. If I were to bake vs fry these, what temp and duration could I use?

    Hi danielle, I am on a keto diet and I am really new at this. I want to know if chickpea flour crapes is ok to have in very limited quantities. Is 2 table spoons of chickpea flour ok. Is it too high in carb?

    I am so glad to have found your videos! I have almost all of your cookbooks, except for Celebrations (which I shall be ordering!! ) and find your recipes are all delicious. I was AIP Paleo for 3 years and recently have tried a bit of "gluten-free" foods, but find I really need to be Paleo. Thanks so much for sharing your awesome recipes.

    Danielle I'm a Portuguese fan living in Macau (China) and I have celiac disease as well as my son (6) and my daughter (9). I have been following your recipes for a while but only yesterday I started cooking them. I HAVE NO WORDS !!!! Tried the chicken nuggets and THEY ARE AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!! I also want to thank you for lunch box Planet Box suggestion which is also awesome and my kids love it…and they even eat more at school just because of the way the food is presented…I'm introducing the Paleo diet in my house just because of YOU…YOU MAKE IT EASIER… I will get your books…THANK YOUUUU. You have truly impacted our lives.

    OMGGGGG I usually fry mine without the coating because other recipes I tried just dissolved in the oil! 😭 These look great can't wait to try and didn't think to try ground chicken just breast this will be a cool twist 😋😋😋
