If I fried them Mom would peel them. She grew up eating French Fry or Chip Sandwiches as a girl, growing up in hard times. Tiger brand ketchup. It was still a comfort food for her. Thank you for sharing your recipe with us, Mike. Stay safe and stay warm

Fries cooked in bacon fat WOW!!!! This is a fantastic idea and they turned out looking delicious Mike. Only drawback would be a fairly decent workout 🏋️♀️ after to burn it off 😂😂😂 but definitely worth the calories. Great short.
