Thanks for sharing. I canned some beef stew earlier this year and it was a lifesaver during finals when I was too busy to cook. I could just tell my kids to pop open some cans for dinner. 🙂

I like the idea of a 1/4 cup of fos mix. Im a new canner and find it hard to follow a recipe and have found my spices to be too strong upon opening.
I can meats when I can get good deals plus canning like taco meat and meat balls and sloppy Joes love the quick meals
