    Why are you using the whisk and not the paddle attachment to make these cookies? Are you getting a chewier or denser texture with that extra air? Just wondering because I’ve always used the paddle attachment for the creaming method. Thanks 🙏

    I made these for Christmas, as the recipe has been online for a while. They taste fantastic but the marshmallows melt completely during bake and create pools of very hard caramel once they cool. So, no taste nor fluffiness is added from the marshmallows. Next time I just won't use any.
