I waited till the short ribs went on sale to try this. Then I went back to the store and cleaned out the meat locker of the remaining packages and popped them in the freezer! I plan to dazzle our supper club with this dish along with cauliflower mash and a few sides of veggies! We did a side of brussel sprouts which were a great side! Mmmmm. My mouth is watering just recalling this meal. Best leftovers ever too! 👌😘🤗
