    Thanks for the recipe. I've been seeing more recipes with ground sesame seeds, so I guess it is about time I try one. We'll see.
    btw What I like to do when I bake bread is calculate the macros for the whole loaf, and see how much the loaf weighs. Then I can figure out how much each slice is by weight if I'm being very strict, or just how much an "average" slice is, when some are larger or smaller if I'm not being strict keto.

    One cup of tahini is approximately 32.6 NET carbs! Ouch! Looks good though. If you get 16 even slices, that’s about 2 net carbs for the tahini part of the bread.

    Love your recipe ideas Kristi! I actually made the tahini bread yesterday after seeing your insta stories. Can't say i have ever eaten Tahini before. Oh boy i think it must be an aquired taste for sure. I made half the recipe,for a smaller loaf. Added 2 tablespoons of sweetener, and it was still really bitter tasting to me. Will try some more today. The texture and all is so good, its just the bitter taste for me..
