Yes! I can totally relate. I can be doing good and then all of a sudden life just gets to much and I want to and do fall off track. Give yourself grace and if you need one day to eat ice cream then do it and then the next day you are right back at it for you! ❤❤

Thank you for the daily motivation 💕 I’m 39 weeks pregnant and struggling. You look amazing by the way! I hope I look like you after I birth my second baby. Thanks for keeping it real about having a bad day and about running out groceries 😂

Abby YOUR’RE doing great! Don’t b so hard on urself – stress makes u emotional an sometimes eating is what we do🤷🏽‍♀️I know I do it at times. And the temptation is crazy- I try to drink water if it’s near but if not I get them darn chips🤭🤭! But I always feel like with the weight it took time to put it on it will take time to get it off, and it seems baby weight can b the hardest😊! Don’t b so hard on yourself- WE moms are our own worst enemies at times😊Just continue Loving in you n your Family❤️

Well, for someone who had a bad day and was overwhelmed with too much on your plate, you surely put out one heck of a beautiful dinner for your family “on the fly”! Hats off to you, Abbey 🍾🥂 We all have those days. We’re women with jobs, children, homes to run, bills to pay, groceries to retrieve, nurses, chauffeurs, etc. Ya think we do too much?!!! 🤣 Of course we do. I’m 62 yo and raised my family and they’re on their own now. I still have those days but I’ve FINALLY learned it’s okay to let a few things lag. We are only one person doing the job of many. You are on the right track with incorporating healthy foods into your life. But remember that if you want to have a treat or a bowl of comfort food, you’re going to be just fine. It’s what we all do…EVEN the so-called “health nuts” fall off the wagon. We love your videos. You’re beautiful and keep it real. Thanks for being you! Now, I’m going to break out my supergreens powder this morning for a healthy dose of nutrition. Thanks for the reminder. You’re such a big inspiration to so many folks, even to someone who has girls your age 🥰

Give yourself some grace mama! You’re doing great AND you look fantastic. Having babies takes everything out of us and sometimes we gotta put alittle extra nutrients in to keep up… Be as kind to yourself as you would be to another mama 💛

    I never emotionally eat ….

But one thing that helped me lose wieght is having trail mix peanuts or dry fruits even sunflower seed in my car and eat while I drive it's very healthy …

For some reason my weakness was ALWAYS needing something to eat while driving… it use to be coffee or other junk

I gained 20 pounds this past year with the pandemic stress and working from home (lack of exercise). I'm back to working in the hospital which gets my butt in gear! Woo Hoo! The stress is still there but I am struggling to deal with it. Time to make a Psychologist/Psychiatrist appointment. I have three kids, one with special needs and another going through life issues (they have come out to us as non-binary and it has been very hard 🙁 ).

I’m not an emotional eater but a self recovered boredom eater.
I’m on my health journey to losing weight (half way to my 45 lb goal). It’s hard to break old habits but it is possible! You can do this!
Small suggestion watch your dairy intake and try switching out your sugar for monk fruit sweetener. I was the queen of coffee creamer 3 months ago…I’ve since been able to use 3 tbs of half and half, 1 tsp of monk fruit sweetener, and a splash of vanilla. Where as before I was using a 1/4 of a cup of creamer with each mug 😬
Your bloating and blah could be from dairy.
    Best of luck to you!

Had to get rid of some of this food in the house before having it in my face all the time and no one else to eat it. Gotta get myself straight before Nov. Lol

Love how real you are❣️ there is such an ebb and flow with eating during different seasons of our life and that’s ok to be out of balance every once in a while and not have things be “perfect” that’s just real!!

I watch your IG stories and watch your videos. I noticed you’ve had a down tone lately, like you’re always so hard on yourself. But, you’re doing a great job. Stop being so hard on yourself!! It’s wonderful that you’re working out, waking early, taking care of 3 kids, and working on top of it all. Stay positive! ❤️

School librarian with 28 classes per week this year. No parent volunteers because they are not allowed on campus. Plus having both online and in-person students. Plus the stress of all the extra work covid required plus just the generalized anxiety of wondering what’s next. We had an end of school meeting today, and as our division head reminded us we have spent this year moving mountains, many of us got a little emo. Plus doing grocery pickups with not a lot of fruit/veggies. What I don’t have is 3 little kids! I think it’s a miracle any of us can still find clothes to fit us! I’ve been trying to dial back the stress eating for a year. I think you’re amazing, and I hope you have a great summer. God bless.
