Recipe looks nice but is it ok to cook coconut milk so much? I have read it turns into cholesterol when cooked.

Also is the Millet flour used for gravy made from soaked and dried millets?

U mentioned about Sun dried mushrooms as the source of Vitamin D. What about fresh ones. They don't have Vitamin D?

Yet another amazing recipe. Thanks for sharing mam.
Millets do have phytates like our lentils. But, you suggest us to use the soaked water.
Can you pls clarify on this mam?
Regarding the protein requirements is it one fistful of legumes daily or 2teaspoon of sprouted legumes once a week. Kindly throw some light on this.
    Thank you

Hi Everyone, does anyone here know what Mushrooms did Sarala Madam use? I think they are Oyster Mushrooms. Can anyone share any resources how to grow edible mushrooms at home. I got to know (of course from Khadar Sir) that button Mushrooms that we buy are full of chemicals. Thanks in advance.

Dr Sarla thank you for sharing wonderful recipes. I appreciate the hard work and creativity that you put to create your own recipes. In many videos I have noticed the transparent glass cookware which you use to cook on fire. I have check in stores but it's not available. Can you please tell me where would I get this glass cookware. Doctor I have tried all your recipes. I am great fan of your father Dr Khader. I like the way you speak.
