I cook my black beans in the instant pot for 15 min and natural release (I like them soft so I just leave them there) but they can be natural release for 10 min and they are done. I usually make refried beans with them as well so that is my perfect softness 😉 thanks

    Hi Kristi
How have you and the family been doing? Pray all is well. Food looks delicious as always. I canceled my membership to WW because I don't feel it was beneficial to me since I can't eat so much foods especially healthy stuff which is crazy. I enjoy your videos so I still watch because anyone can eat your foods and substitute some stuff and know the calories as well. I do have fitness pal so been using that for about a year now. Have a great weekend.

Yet another great meal prep! Everything looked so yummy. I love how you make meals fun! BTW I bought some kiwi and had the first one last night about an hour before bedtime. I had a hard time falling asleep (no surprise, it's super hard for me to fall asleep) but I did sleep pretty restful for almost 5 hours. I only woke up a few times, but I was able to go right back to sleep (that's a HUGE deal for me). I'll be having another kiwi tonight. Thanks so much for the tip, and I'll keep you posted. Have a great weekend! <3
