    Fantastic content. For someone like myself looking to start meal prepping. 1 question though. How do you re-heat. Microwave for a few mins (obviously not in those containers) or oven (if so, how long?)

    Rule of thumb for chicken breast is: 1kg in 5 pieces (how i typically get them) spice accordingly and put in a pre heated oven at 400 deg for 25 mins, let sit covered afterwards for 10 mins. Perfect juicy chicken breast every time.

    Chili looks good. But you need to drain all the fat off, before adding the other ingredients. Even lean mince renders fat out as your frying it.

    Great video and meal ideas, but best if you spoke what ingredients to buy rather than adding it as a subtext. Really frustrating having to pause every 30 seconds to try and write it all down
