I am the pickiest person in my family but I knew immediately my mom would love this so I sent her the video and promised to try it. I’m so glad I did! Delicious. My mom’s fallen in love with the recipe book of yours she owns and she’s stuck a handwritten version of this in it for the future so I know we’ll have it again.

I make chickpea burgers often with gochugaru and soy sauce but never trued adding the thai paste. Thank you for the inspection, your butger looks so appetizing and must be delicious. Will try it for sure🌞

Omg the cornstarch slurry is genius! I've been struggling to make veggie burgers that don't fall apart and also have enough crunch! 😍 Thank you always for such amazing videos and fantastic cooking tips!

This looks lovely – I like veggie burgers but can never get them to hold together in the pan. Will have to try this one with the cornflour/sesame seed coating!

Btw, do you have any recipes for fresh chickpeas? I saw them at the market several times, and i want to try them but i don't know how to use them.

Hi Chetna, miss your cooking sessions with your mum, but I am enjoying your videos too 🙂 I have a small kitchen and it is only me alone, do you have any suggestions for a food processor which you can get in the UK? Also for the burger it seems you didn't use an egg, is the curry paste enough? Thanks!

Looks delicious and easy. I’ll have to find a sub for the beans, all I have is Chickpeas and black beans. I always love a slaw salad and always add a mix of cabbage and carrots to my salads for a crunch. Love the simplicity of your slaw seasoning, I tend to over do it sometimes. Love all your recipes. Thank you for sharing.

I think I will try these this summer, but I cannot get my pan as hot as you do. The smoke detectors are hard wired and will go off! Then maybe after we can have one of your cakes for desert! (Mango?0

Always looking for a variety of summer salads, beans salads, kofta/kebab recipes, meals incorporating fruit – always trying to take advantage to the seasonal abundance. Fruit desserts too!

Love it! I've been looking for a veggie burger recipe to try out and this one looks like a winner😋. Bonus is that there are no complicated ingredients, pretty much these are always on hand in our house. Thank you for sharing, can't wait to try them out and great video always fun to watch as you're just being yourself doing what you love, even when the chickpeas are getting away from you😉😊

Looks great. Odd that the title I saw initially said Vegan Burger, but this title says Veg Burger.
Just wondered, was that Hellmans vegan mayo you used? Also, we're the brioche buns vegan too?
By the way, we use your cauliflower curry recipe regularly 😋
