    Praying for all those with health issues I feel your pain 🙏. I have Crohn's disease and can't gain or keep weight on I'm 5'2 and yesterday at my appointment lost 16 pounds I'm 89 pounds now smh was doing good but recently getting over covid.

    you gotta stretch before workout,maybe you should have stared with less weight,the soreness will get better,it's all new,get you a hot epsome salt bath a few nights,and some good massages.enjoy°,😚💯

    Lol the personal will be worse. I just learned if you push to hard people take to much time off between workouts. You can do more workouts than a person going hard 3 times a week. I recommend doing 1 set of a full body workout everyday.

    Donisha you are doing great but I just thought I’d tell you that losing weight is more of a mental than physical thing. If you find peace within your new lifestyle your desired results will come. If any aspect of your journey stresses you out let it go.
