I think you SHOULD do affiliate ads, that would help monetarily to do some of the other boxes you do.

Algenist is a very nice brand. Love their eye cream. I can't use the Exfolicate either because my skin is too sensitive but some people love it. How nice that they sent you some items to review! Fingers crossed that one day they put you on a PR list. I am a huge black olive fan too. I have no self control when I open a can of black olives.
I know several YouTubers who have affiliate links and they just choose not to review or mention items they don't care for. They just stick to the old adage that if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. If you maintain your integrity, continue to give honest reviews, and are willing to lose affiliate links if the products are terrible, then there's no reason not to make some money with affiliate links. Even if you 100% love your job, it's still a job and you deserve to be paid for it. That's the way I see it.
