hi how are you..we'll I'm always in my kitchen baking cake and I always adding guava or pineapple fillings inside of my cakes and is so good I also do a traditional Spanish Flan cream cheese and I also did a cream cheese with sour cream topping and the taste was of the hook but I never had try to make a guava cream cheese but watching your video and your guava cream cheese I definitely will try to make it and hope that I will find the frozen guava and if I don't then I'll buy a fresh guava fruit…I will thank you for sharing your video and your recipe book hope I could find the book and buy it cause it will be a good experience for my baking. Check out the juice section in Coles or woolies, also try the asian food section, I personally found apricot concentrate in a can at Coles juice section the other day, should be a decent substitute

This reminds me of what my sister-in-law calls her "cheesecake". She puts cherry pie filling over top but there is no flavouring in the cream cheese.
