Does costco mechanically tenderize the beef they cut. they do in Toronto i try and avoid them i try to by the whole piece and butcher it myself

How on earth does anybody afford this much???? I'm trying to do carnivore but it's bankrupting me…. Don't know if I'll be able to continue now as its getting really cold in UK (had only rain this summer, no sun) and with no heating my bills are £25 per week it will be 5 or 6 times more once I put heat on.
It's so simple to shop carnivore. Also cost effective when you get to avoid all the other garbage and the other garbage that needs to go with that first garbage and the other… You get my point 😅

HOLY COW meat is outrageously expensive there!!! I get ribeye for $7-8 per pound. And I know a kilo is 2.2 pounds but YIKES!! I get Picana's for $9/lb. I got Waygu beef for $5/lb today and it's organic and delicious.
