That computer is compromised, probably a rootkit that is stealing every keystroke you make. You need to stop using it immediately and turn it off. Reinstall Windows immediately or get a new computer. You should also assume all of your password for other accounts are stolen now too. Change them and set up two factor authentication with your phone. You gotta wipe that computer ASAP
