This haul was filmed a couple days before I had abdominal surgery (which I will share more about soon). I was in pain and obviously distracted because I thought I only had a few hundred dollars left for the two months but I actually have 1800. Haha. Thanks to my pantry and freezers of meat! I still think some of the prices were so crazy high. That table of food did not look like $700 worth to me. But that is where things are at these days. Anyways, I’m thankful I have plenty left to find some farm chickens and buy the fresh stuff and milk we will need every couple of weeks. 😜. Please forgive my distracted brain!!!
Try buying a whole ham & slicing it yourself , much better value!

I know you said you haven’t been watching the news…there is a Strawberry recall for Hep A! Please look at your strawberries as Walmart was included!
Here 2 hours outside of Houston in Beaumont Texas I have had difficulty the last 4 weeks getting Romaine lettuce ANYWHERE!! And our Eggs were crazy priced up to $5-$6 a dozen! I noticed it has begun to come down slightly! Praying for your surgical recovery. ❤🙏
Wow you mentioned frozen fruit. I am recovering from Cancer and when I eat frozen fruit it helps my nausea especially the pineapple and I started freezing my own grapes and use them as ice cubes as well!
If you’ve never tried it, I would suggest having Solo smoke a pineapple it’s delicious!!! We use it as a healthyish dessert!

Love your family and have been watching for years! I went to look at your course and was definitely disappointed to see the price isn’t affordable. Some of us especially in today’s economy struggle to make it day to day and I know you are in a different place in life than those of us that can’t get by but don’t forget us.

Guacamole easiest thing to make you can mix salsa for shortcut with lime cilantro..or tomato red onion s&p cilantro and lime /lemon juice
Put the fish guts and tails heads dig holes by your garden plants tomatoes etc free fish fertilizer.

I've been eating mulberries off of my trees for over 60 years, love them and they are very good for you.
Our Sam's has romaine. Last month it was not so pretty but this month it was great. Guinea eggs are so good. We used to eat them when we were raising fowl. I hear you can eat guinea too but I've never tried it.

Hey Sarah…have you tried ZipFizz? I'm almost off diet coke from starting this. I don't know how….but the powder gives water a fizzy mouth feel and there are tons of flavors (grape and Pina colada have been my favorite!).
authentic guacamole is simple chopped: purple onion, avocados, tomato, cilantro, jalapeño or serrano, lime juice, salt and pepper we add some garlic powder thats it!
To get your asparagus from your garden, if you cut it below the ground and not pull it up it will regrow. I think it also helps for when it spreads around. The dragon fruit you got is good. I bought it as well and put it into a smoothie.
Never feel bad for buying Diet Coke. I drink Coke. At 3 in the arvo I just need that hit. I am more then ok with that.
sarah have you tried making you're own cream cheese? its very easy and tastes way better than store bought cream cheese. 🙂
