Very Nice job
Love love love your cooking 💖
Tried this recipe and it’s yummy. I’m making it again today and going to share some with my friends across the street. Thanks for sharing and it’s so simple.
I use to love watching her on TV in Canada. I'm not ashamed to admit I had a mild crush on her.
Better if the pan / potatoe is shown more
Phenomenal ☀️🌸🌈
20 years ago as a teenager going into culinary arts I had the biggest hots for Christine Cushing I think on the food network, I’m glad she still makes cooking videos. Beautiful chef

do you know where i can buy greek oregano? i can’t find it anywhere ):
Looks delicious
I followed the recipe but cooking for 45 minutes with no cover didn’t cook my potatoes. I had to cover it after and put it back in the oven for 25 minutes.
Being Greek, her Greeky accent is spot on👍🤩👍
Oregano is a huge deal in Greece. It's one of those ingredients (along with olive oil, honey, yogurt, feta cheese etc) Greek people debate non-stop over whose home town or place has / makes / produces the best in the world…
Looks delicious 😋. But just wondering, if I don't have a cast iron pan, would the potatoes still come out the same?? In order to get the crispy bits, would a ceramic dish work or a baking pan work as well?
You had the seasoning so even on them, then you stirred it, then you poured water over them to wash off the remaining seasoning…..lol, sorry sweetheart
Ok I’m subscribed, will do these potatoes tonight
I cut up the potatoes to let them sit overnight in water in the fridge, but I got distracted and they were soaking for three days! I made them anyway, but they turned out wonderful. So soft on the inside, with Christine's crunchy magic on the outside.
What protein is best with this dish? Plus other sides.
I tried this lemon potatoes recipe with really high quality skirt steak, pita bread and cheesy spinach and there was not a spoonful left! I went light on the oregano because I’m not used to using as much as this wonderful chef but next time I think I will add a little more. Superb! Thank you!
Lovely voice. Marvelous energy. Clear instructions. A marvelous delight to watch and then execute.
Thank you!
Happy Healthy New Year to you…..2022

Great video, but this is filmed with the wrong lense. Lady is great and recipe is good.
Greek lemon potatoes are so good.
Thank you so much for the lovely recipe and the tips. You were spot on about making it crispy.
I wasn't sure if my potatoes were good for baking so I steamed it in the microwave and then followed the recipe. We all really enjoyed.
Thank you once again. God bless you.

Hi Christine… just thought I watch you cook while I was doing this for Christmas… I did add a lot more lemons… ops forgot the water…oppa….
Why didn’t you use the zest from the lemons you juiced?
Hi Christine, this is mouth watering!! Can you do this with russet potato as well? Thank you!😊
Μπράβο Χριστίνα. Πολύ καλή και απλή συνταγή. Το έχω ξεκινήσει ήδη σήμερα…
Love that dish~!! How after 09/11 do you bring herbs back from greece? Thing that drive me nuts is thee cheese. I mend, the french may be known for cheese but the Greeks Oh my, they know cheese. And you just can't get them in the USA.
P.S. much of mass-produced organic produce is also treated with pesticides; they are just USDA approved organic pesticides.
Mmmmmmmmm, yummy!!!!!!!😋😋
Organic lemons still have pesticides on it, often copper sulfate, which is extremely toxic. Alwayssssss wash your produce!
at what temperature the potatoes in the oven??
Hi Christine ! Just came across this. Used to love watching your cooking show. Going to make these tomorrow
Great Energy.. such a pleasure watching you! The Best Greek Lemon Potatoes!
Can you make gyros and the yogurt sauce for it please. Along with the I would love to have the recipe to that. Thank you
