I love Egg Mc Muffins! My sweet Mom used to make these by just frying bacon or sausage, hard fried eggs and stack them on an English muffin with cheese and let the cheese melt! They were so delicious and lightly toasted.and the cheese nice and melted. Soooo good. I enjoy watching you cook.

Looks delicious! There is an even easier one out there…It is a breakfasr sandwich maker by Hamilton Beach. You put bottom muffin with cheese and egg and Canadian bacon on bottom and egg and muffin top on top….5 minutes…slide out middlepiece and top drops down on bottom…perfect egg mc muffin…muffins are perfectly toasted too. They have single and dual models. You could make your precious grandkids 2 at a time. Also Bay English muffins in Walmart refrigerated section are the cat's meow.😀

Those look so good! I got some of those rings and mine didn't work out so well. Looks like a perfect breakfast. My mother has the little waffle iron one and I swear it would be the first thing she grabbed if the house caught fire. She makes a whole bunch and then freezes them and puts them in the toaster. I'm thinking maybe I will get both kinds after seeing this video.Thank you for showing us this and glad you had fun with the grandkids!
